We are seeking a high-performing Remote Sales Lead with proven experience in the SaaS Tech Industry. The successful candidate will drive our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Annual Sales Targets: Own and meet your yearly sales goals to contribute to the company’s growth.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate, nurture, and convert a consistent stream of leads to maintain sales momentum.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Value Proposition Communication: Clearly articulate our value through proposals and presentations.
- Sales Assets Oversight: Manage the creation of sales materials and kits.
- Policy & Playbook Development: Create and implement sales policies and playbooks for TinyURL’s sales activities.
- Team Expansion: Assist in hiring and managing additional sales personnel as needed.
About You
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in sales.
- At least 3 years in a sales management role within a SaaS company.
- Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.
- Reliable and capable of handling urgent needs, especially during system failures.
- Quick and dedicated learner with the ability to absorb technical information rapidly.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific trends and landscapes.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and transparently communicate about any necessary extensions.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
