Pathfinder Hospitality is seeking a Remote Marketing Director to join our team at We Work Remotely. This is a fully remote position open to candidates located internationally, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a vital role in our Revenue Team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Director who combines creative vision with strategic insight. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting and executing marketing campaigns that deliver meaningful results. You should be hands-on when necessary but also capable of stepping back to focus on overarching goals.

In this role, you will lead internal marketing efforts to strengthen our employer brand and team culture, as well as external brand marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth and engagement across multiple channels for our properties. Your contributions will be crucial in elevating the company’s brand identity and aligning marketing strategies with broader business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing branding strategies, with a focus on employer branding and multi-channel marketing.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing data to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and adhere to budget constraints.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing and building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in business development or market expansion is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance the company’s employer brand, cultivating a strong company culture and attracting top talent.
  • Lead hotel-level marketing initiatives to increase direct bookings, boost website traffic, and enhance guest experience through marketing training.
  • Create engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email, and the company website.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends and apply insights for campaign optimization and performance improvement.
  • Develop and execute an employer branding strategy to position the company as a preferred employer in the market.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and external partners to enhance brand visibility.

Compensation/Pay: $45,000 – $55,000
