Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in English.
  • Deliver a personalized and exceptional support experience.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Conduct research and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in email-based Customer Support.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills.
  • Ability to deliver a unique customer experience.

Workspace Requirements

  • Laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or above.
  • 8 GB RAM or higher; dual monitors recommended.
  • Stable broadband internet connection (25 Mbps or higher).
  • Webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures.
  • Willingness to install ModSquad security software and a 2FA app.

Note: Chromebooks are not supported for ModSquad projects.

Orientation and Commitment

  • Orientation:
    • Phase 1: 4 days, 4 AM – 1 PM PT.
    • Phase 2: 3 days, 2 PM – 11 PM PT.
  • Production Hours: Daily, 2 PM – 2 AM PT.
  • Weekly Commitment: 25 hours, including 8 hours on weekends.
  • Project Duration: Up to 180 days.
