Job Description

ModSquad has partnered with a global industrial leader known for its proprietary business model, spanning state-of-the-art appliances in hospitality and restaurants to automobile components worldwide.

We are seeking skilled remote professionals to join this dynamic project, handling phone and email support with a focus on dispatching technicians to customers. Using client-provided tools, you’ll collect data and ensure timely dispatches.

Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 7 AM – 1 PM PT
  • Commitment: 10 hours per week, with 5 hours required on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
  • Duration: 90 days

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in phone and email customer support.
  • Strong multitasking skills and fast typing speed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (a plus).
  • Familiarity with Five9 Application (a plus).
  • Willingness to install client-specific tools and applications.

Workspace Requirements

  • Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher.
  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (no Chromebooks).
  • 8 GB RAM or better (dual monitors recommended).
  • Willingness to install ModSquad’s security software and AWS.
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of capturing photos.
