This fully remote position offers opportunities for customer service professionals to join our growing team. We are hiring for the 11:00 am to 7:30 pm CST shift. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to thrive independently and collaboratively, all while maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and courteous service to all customers.
- Accurately handle data entry requests within specified timelines.
- Maintain performance standards to meet established goals.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service; Call Center experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of customer relations principles.
- Proficient in computer operations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent retention skills.
