Description:
Join our Medicaid call center team working from home! Must reside in the state of Florida.
Training Start Date: Oct 31st, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Production Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Responsibilities:
- Complete background checks and fingerprinting.
- Maintain a quality score of 95% or greater.
- Handle 80+ calls per day.
- Respond to all email communications within 24 hours.
- Conduct outbound calls and campaigns as directed.
- Thoroughly document customer transactions in the host system.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts for optimal phone coverage.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
- Safeguard PHI in accordance with LIBERTY’s Information Security Policies and Procedures.
- Follow safety guidelines per LIBERTY Dental Plan’s Illness and Injury Prevention Program.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of call center experience.
- Ability to read and interpret general business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Basic mathematical and intermediate typing skills.

- Flexible schedule, especially for overtime.

- Strong multitasking ability.
- Attention to detail for data entry.
