Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our executive team at LD&D Consulting. This full-time position is based in Ajah, Lagos, offering a competitive salary of ₦120,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls) and ensure timely responses.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands, maintaining a balance between work and personal obligations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualification:
- BSc Certification is preferred.
