As a Senior Project Manager at 10up, you’ll be a strategic leader, not just a task manager. What You’ll Do:
- Manage 4-7 active digital projects, ensuring senior-level oversight of project scope, client meetings, status updates, and risk management.
- Track and analyze project progress and budget, proactively identifying and mitigating risks in collaboration with leadership.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by leading cross-functional teams and enforcing QA standards for client satisfaction.
- Lead both remote and onsite discovery engagements, aligning project requirements with client business goals.
- Work closely with 10up’s Account Management Team to build long-term client relationships.
About You:
- You have experience managing full-scope CMS web projects for enterprise clients, ideally in an agency setting, with practical knowledge of WordPress.
- You can showcase examples of resolving project risks through collaborative solutions with your team and leadership.
- You’re a client-facing leader, providing senior-level consultation, managing escalations, and offering comprehensive updates.
- You’ve led cross-disciplinary teams across strategy, design, engineering, QA, and support to achieve successful project outcomes.
- You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external audiences.

Salary & Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between £60,000 and £80,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, and business needs.
