Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct online tutoring sessions in the specified subject(s) for individuals or groups of students.
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans to meet each student’s unique learning needs.
- Provide clear, comprehensible explanations of complex concepts to ensure student understanding.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed.
- Use a variety of instructional materials, resources, and technology to enhance learning.
- Effectively communicate with students, parents, and/or guardians to provide performance feedback.
- Stay updated on subject matter advancements and educational technology to continuously improve teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and other relevant details.
