Role Overview:
One of our clients, a renowned American multinational technology company, is seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Advisor to provide technical support and advice for Microsoft 365 products in a 24/7 shift environment. In this remote role, you’ll assist customers in maximizing their Microsoft 365 subscriptions and serve as the point of contact for product feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support through chats, phone calls, and tickets for customers using Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Admin Center, Teams, Office Suite, SharePoint).
  • Act as an ambassador for the product development team, collecting product feedback and driving feature enhancement.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to M365 subscriptions, such as domain registration, Office installation, and feature usage.
  • Gather customer feedback on usage adoption, expectations, and feature requests.
  • Help improve product adoption and escalate feedback to the development team.
  • Flexible shifts, available 24/7, offering opportunities to work remotely.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (strong communication skills required; bilingual candidates are preferred).
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and troubleshooting.
  • Strong soft skills with the ability to lead customer interactions.
  • Sales skills are a plus, as you’ll help increase customer adoption and gather feedback for product development.
