Who We Are Looking For

As an IT Requirements Engineer, you will play a critical role in the successful ERP implementation for a client in Egypt. Acting as the bridge between our international IT development team and the client, you’ll define clear requirements, manage timelines, and ensure seamless communication.

Your ability to navigate cultural and organizational complexities, coupled with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, will be essential in maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the client to gather and analyze technical and business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into actionable user stories and realistic project timelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the client and IT development team, ensuring alignment.
  • Identify and mediate potential conflicts across cultural and organizational boundaries.
  • Apply expertise in international projects to manage expectations and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Travel to Egypt periodically to build client relationships and support face-to-face collaboration.

Requirements & Key Skills

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in requirements engineering, IT project management, or product ownership.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Cultural Understanding:

  • Strong cultural mediation skills with international project experience.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
