About the Team:

We are seeking an Integrations Team Lead who can manage and grow a team of 10-20 engineers. This team is dedicated to providing tools and interfaces for the Polkadot protocol, working primarily with Rust and TypeScript to develop products that enhance usability. The ideal candidate will have a user-focused mindset and the ability to build impactful tools that contribute to Polkadot’s success.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a team focused on tooling development.
  • Deliver excellent user experiences for partners integrating with or building on Polkadot.
  • Define the team’s roadmap and priorities for maximum impact.
  • Work with cutting-edge, decentralized protocols.

About You:

  • Experience leading teams of 10-20 engineers.
  • Strong engineering background, with the ability to collaborate effectively with protocol engineers.
  • Expertise in application development, bridging low-level protocols and high-level user experiences.
  • Ability to prioritize high-impact projects and develop solutions from scratch.
