Role Overview

  • Serve as the primary contact for Minor Accounts, assisting customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Prepare quotes, manage licensing renewals, and facilitate agreements.
  • Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, virtual, or onsite meetings to maintain engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (customer support, product, finance, logistics) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Partner with Account Executives to transition accounts to the Major Accounts team.
  • Stay updated on company products, pricing, and promotions to address client inquiries effectively.
  • Provide reports and insights on pipeline opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Engage with vendors in consultation with management to optimize pricing and margins.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure sales reports and account plans are up to date.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of managing accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Suite.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Experience with PSA tools (preferred but not required).
