Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
- Work Environment: Fully remote, high-volume production setting
- Responsibilities: Managing medical record requests, handling patient inquiries, and documenting information across multiple platforms

Responsibilities
- Process patient health information requests per company and facility policies
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Use multiple platforms and dual monitors for data entry and documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and safeguard patient records
- Retrieve and transmit medical records as requested by patients, insurance companies, and legal representatives
- Prepare and organize patient records for digital storage
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls and assist with administrative tasks (faxes, mail, data entry)
- Meet productivity expectations and support additional duties as required
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills and ability to use office equipment (phones, printers, fax machines)
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to work overtime during peak periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare or high-volume work environment
- Customer service experience (in-person or remote)
- Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Interest in process improvements and efficiency optimization
