PowerUp Global Ltd is seeking a dynamic and driven Head of IT / Head of Data & Analytics to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity where you will collaborate with our founding team to innovate and shape the future of our product offerings.
We are at the forefront of launching advanced analytics and services, empowering companies to understand and improve employee productivity, engagement, turnover, and performance. You will have access to key partners and resources that support continuous product development and enhancement.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new opportunities to enhance our product offering, improving competitiveness and customer experience.
- Manage and implement the product roadmap, incorporating customer feedback and testing insights.
- Oversee the successful adoption of our software by customers, working closely with IT partners.
- Evaluate, identify, and manage new products or features related to AI, data, and mobile apps, potentially requiring hands-on development.
- Provide guidance on best-practice data governance and compliance.
- As we grow, lead internal IT processes, budgeting, and strategic alignment with company leadership.
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and proactive individual with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, remote work environment.
- Experience with Microsoft products such as Fabric, Azure AI, or Copilot is a plus. Additional skills in Python, JavaScript, or React Native are desirable.
- AI experience is a significant advantage.
This role is commission-based initially, with potential to transition into a full-time position once we fully enter the market. We offer flexibility but expect availability during part of European working hours.
