Responsibilities:
- Storytelling: Transform complex marketing trends and news into visually compelling designs.
- Graphic Design: Create LinkedIn and Instagram carousels, infographics, and social graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain The Keyword’s visual identity while ensuring clarity and impact.
- Platform Optimization: Design content specifically for LinkedIn and Instagram, optimizing for engagement and readability.
Requirements:
- Portfolio: Demonstrable experience in social media graphic design (a design task may be required during the interview).
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Creativity & Adaptability: Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging visuals and adjust designs based on trends and feedback.
