About the Role

Fi is looking for a Customer Success Agent to provide outstanding support and build strong relationships with our customers. In this fully remote role, you’ll engage directly with dog owners, resolve inquiries, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Acting as the face of Fi’s customer service team, you’ll ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

This role follows a Tuesday–Saturday (Pacific Time) schedule, ensuring our customers receive top-tier support when they need it most.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Support – Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Foster Customer Loyalty – Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Team – Work with the Customer Success Lead to improve strategies and optimize the customer experience.
  • Utilize Support Tools – Manage customer interactions using Zendesk or similar platforms.

What You Bring

  • Customer Support Experience – 1+ years in a customer service or call center agent role.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written skills for handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Passion for Dogs – A love for animals and a keen interest in engaging with dog owners.
  • Tech-Savviness – Familiarity with Zendesk or other support tools is a plus.
