Job Summary

AFI is seeking a charismatic, people-oriented, and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. This primarily client-facing role requires excellent communication skills to address complex and challenging issues effectively. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, collaborate with AFI staff to ensure prompt issue resolution, and communicate directly with property owners and other stakeholders.

Compensation:
The position offers a base salary ranging from $20 to $26 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Job Duties

  • Receive and track owner and client issues
  • Drive resolution of issues in collaboration with AFI team members
  • Communicate directly with owners regarding submitted queries
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for resolving frequently asked questions
  • Train other staff as necessary to ensure timely responses and resolutions

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service and management
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong desire to resolve issues with urgency
  • College education preferred
  • Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug test and background screening
