Shift and Schedule: Weekends as needed

Overview:
The Cigna Group is a leading global Health Service company, dedicated to improving the health and vitality of our customers. We are seeking compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. You will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with their pharmacy benefits, making a difference in their lives with every interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies regarding Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) benefits, mail-order pharmacies, or Medicare.
  • Manage back-to-back calls while navigating multiple applications.
  • Attend all training sessions during the first 90 days of employment.
  • Update conversion requests and provide shipment status updates to members.
  • Facilitate the transition of medications to home delivery.
  • Advocate for members by contacting physicians’ offices for prescriptions and sending them to the pharmacy for fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all interactions in internal systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
  • Resolve shipment issues and ensure that calls are handled effectively while meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Use active listening skills to address patient concerns, offering solutions and escalating when necessary.
  • Work from home, connecting virtually with your team and customers to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Healthcare or Call Centers preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and helpful, especially when handling difficult calls.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Dedicated workspace free of distractions for remote work.
  • Internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
