Full Job Description
We are seeking motivated On-Call employees to work remotely from home. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct political surveys via phone calls. Ideal candidates should be articulate, conversational, possess strong typing and keyboard skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is necessary.
Technical Requirements:
- Devices: MacBook, Chromebook, or Windows PC with Windows 10 or higher (no tablets).
- Accessories: Laptop with a mouse and a USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone (no Bluetooth or 3.5mm jack).
- Software: Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari browsers installed.
- Internet: High-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download/upload), preferably hardwired via an ethernet cable for faster speeds.
- Hardware: Webcam (video meetings may be required), recent multi-core processors (Intel i3 6300 / AMD R5 1600 recommended), and at least 4 GB of RAM.

- A quiet workspace free from background noise.
