Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Brema Business Consult Ltd, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our valued customers. This role is available for both on-site and remote work, offering flexibility for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services while addressing customer questions.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in customer service software and CRM tools.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally.
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude toward customers.
