Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Build rapport with customers using excellent communication and phone etiquette.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, offering proactive support to meet customer needs.
- Accurately process customer information, ensuring up-to-date records.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services aligned with customer preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Participate in ongoing training to refine skills and stay updated on best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (post-secondary education is a plus).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- At least one year of customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong phone etiquette and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and eagerness to learn new skills.
