Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Build rapport with customers using excellent communication and phone etiquette.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, offering proactive support to meet customer needs.
  • Accurately process customer information, ensuring up-to-date records.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services aligned with customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Participate in ongoing training to refine skills and stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (post-secondary education is a plus).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • At least one year of customer service experience (preferred).
  • Strong phone etiquette and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and eagerness to learn new skills.
