General Position Summary:
As a Customer Support Representative (CSR) at Ermi, you will be responsible for ensuring top-notch support and timely product fulfillment. You’ll manage daily operations remotely, focusing on customer service, time management, and meeting performance goals. This part-time, remote position requires a commitment of 5 business hours per day (Monday to Friday), totaling 25 hours per week. You will report to the Scheduling and Training Manager, based in Atlanta, GA.
What You Will Do:
- Manage work order processes and schedules to ensure timely delivery and product recovery.
- Provide excellent customer support through follow-up calls and texts to patients.
- Communicate effectively with Sales Teams, the Warehouse, and other support groups.
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve obstacles and improve departmental practices.
- Monitor reports to meet and exceed operational goals.
- Comply with all federal and state healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Perform additional administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service and Scheduling.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to change and handle multiple demands.
- Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet software; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
