Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative (Medicare) at OmniCare365, you will provide remote phone-based customer support, advocating for members and their healthcare needs. You’ll handle inquiries related to medical benefits, eligibility, claims, and more while delivering exceptional service in a compassionate and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate for members by resolving issues, contacting providers, and following up to ensure needs are met.
  • Educate members on healthcare benefits, plan details, and self-service resources.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and connecting members with specialists.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA.
  • Use your knowledge of medical terminology and benefit plans to address member inquiries.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years in a customer service environment, with 1 year in healthcare/insurance preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred.
  • Must have the ability to work remotely, adhering to attendance and training guidelines.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
