Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 45-55 inbound calls daily, addressing a range of inquiries from simple requests to complex, market-sensitive topics.
  • Deliver exceptional service while meeting department goals for quality, productivity, and adherence.
  • Navigate multiple systems, including legacy platforms, workflow tools, and online resources, to assist clients effectively.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on operational policies, procedures, and products.
  • Work shifts between Monday to Thursday (8 AM – 7 PM) and Friday (8 AM – 5:30 PM), with schedules varying periodically.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience with proven skills in client support.

Preferred:

  • College degree.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and financial markets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems in a structured environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service.
