Job Overview
Henry Schein is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Billing Representative to handle telephone calls and emails from both internal and external customers. This role involves addressing inquiries related to billing, credit issues, disputes, and returns, as well as processing back-office billing and work orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction (40%)
- Receive and respond to telephone calls and emails from customers regarding billing, credit issues, disputes, and returns.
- Billing Processing (25%)
- Determine warranty expirations and process pending billing work in NES to generate invoices.
- Refund Authorization (20%)
- Authorize customer/credit refunds and initiate the issuance process for accidental billing, warranty errors, incorrect rates or times.
- Special Projects (10%)
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
- Other Duties (5%)
- Assist with other tasks to support the team and company objectives.

- Minimum Requirements:

- Typically 1 or more years of related experience.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training and/or on-the-job training.
Work Environment
- Setting: Remote
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:30am-8pm EST
- Travel: Less than 10%
- Physical Demands: Office environment with no special physical requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $33,815 – $52,836 per year, based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, location, and internal equity.
