Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This role requires proficiency in large systems such as Oracle, SAP, JDE, or Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions regarding products and services.
- Resolve service or billing issues, including refunds, adjustments, and exchanges.
- Notify customers of claim investigation results and any necessary adjustments.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in large systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
