Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This role requires proficiency in large systems such as Oracle, SAP, JDE, or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions regarding products and services.
  • Resolve service or billing issues, including refunds, adjustments, and exchanges.
  • Notify customers of claim investigation results and any necessary adjustments.
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in large systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $20 – $22 per hour
  • Shift: 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday
  • Work Setting: Remote
