Job Overview
Mindr, home to Intoxalock, is dedicated to promoting safety and responsibility through substance use detection and monitoring solutions. As a Part-Time Customer Operations Specialist (Remote), you will provide top-tier customer support, handling inbound inquiries related to ignition interlock devices (IID). Your goal is to ensure one-call resolution by offering clear guidance on regulatory requirements, educating customers on their responsibilities, and delivering an excellent service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage high-volume customer interactions with professionalism.
- Quickly assess and resolve customer needs, ensuring a positive experience.
- Adhere to schedules with punctuality and reliability.
- Maintain the ability to type and communicate simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide accurate information using appropriate tools and resources.
- Process customer payments securely when needed.
- Uphold company values in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to complete training assessments and ongoing learning requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent judgment and critical thinking for regulatory and policy-related decisions.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.
- Part-time schedule: 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 3:30 PM CST (No weekends).
