Job Overview

Mindr, home to Intoxalock, is dedicated to promoting safety and responsibility through substance use detection and monitoring solutions. As a Part-Time Customer Operations Specialist (Remote), you will provide top-tier customer support, handling inbound inquiries related to ignition interlock devices (IID). Your goal is to ensure one-call resolution by offering clear guidance on regulatory requirements, educating customers on their responsibilities, and delivering an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage high-volume customer interactions with professionalism.
• Quickly assess and resolve customer needs, ensuring a positive experience.
• Adhere to schedules with punctuality and reliability.
• Maintain the ability to type and communicate simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide accurate information using appropriate tools and resources.
• Process customer payments securely when needed.
• Uphold company values in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to complete training assessments and ongoing learning requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent judgment and critical thinking for regulatory and policy-related decisions.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.
• Part-time schedule: 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 3:30 PM CST (No weekends).
