We are looking for someone who enjoys working remotely, with a strong passion for customer service and sales. You will be responsible for outbound calling to potential leads, setting appointments, and managing customer information using CRM software. This is a remote position with full-time hours.

Responsibilities

  • Make 130-150 outbound calls daily to warm and new leads.
  • Set appointments for the assigned business line using scripting guides.
  • Accurately input consumer information into the CRM system.
  • Handle return inbound calls when needed.
  • Maintain quality service by following standard operating procedures.
  • Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment quotas.
  • Answer inbound call overflow to maintain client service levels.
  • Build knowledge of hearing care solutions and improve product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members and hearing care professionals.
  • Follow regulatory compliance and best practices in the contact center.
  • Demonstrate professional phone etiquette with clients and coworkers.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the contact center.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years of inside sales and call center experience.
  • Comfortable making up to 150 calls per day to warm leads and setting appointments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
