We are looking for someone who enjoys working remotely, with a strong passion for customer service and sales. You will be responsible for outbound calling to potential leads, setting appointments, and managing customer information using CRM software. This is a remote position with full-time hours.
Responsibilities
- Make 130-150 outbound calls daily to warm and new leads.
- Set appointments for the assigned business line using scripting guides.
- Accurately input consumer information into the CRM system.
- Handle return inbound calls when needed.
- Maintain quality service by following standard operating procedures.
- Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment quotas.
- Answer inbound call overflow to maintain client service levels.
- Build knowledge of hearing care solutions and improve product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members and hearing care professionals.
- Follow regulatory compliance and best practices in the contact center.
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette with clients and coworkers.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the contact center.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of inside sales and call center experience.
- Comfortable making up to 150 calls per day to warm leads and setting appointments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (Word and Excel).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
