Job Overview

Aline, a leading provider of remote contact center solutions for senior living communities, specializes in proactive outreach to engage prospects and their families. Our team supports senior living communities by making outbound calls to nurture leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule tours—helping families find the ideal living arrangement.

We are looking for Outbound Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This remote role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (MT)
  • Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (MT) or 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (MT)

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and schedule community tours.
  • Manage call lists, prioritize outreach, and track interactions to maximize conversion rates.
  • Provide accurate information about senior living communities and their offerings.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed outbound performance targets, including call volume and tour scheduling.
  • Engage professionally and empathetically, addressing questions and overcoming objections.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance outreach strategies.
  • Stay informed on partner communities, services, and industry trends.
  • Follow company guidelines for data security, privacy, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous outbound sales or call experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional approach.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet outbound KPIs.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Problem-solving ability to handle objections and resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Time management skills to manage call schedules and follow-ups.
  • Empathy and patience to build trust with prospects.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems and call tools preferred.
  • Resilience to handle high call volumes and rejection professionally.
