Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client goals.
- Communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets.
- Address client concerns and assist with escalations as needed.
- Support administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, updating internal systems, and schedule management.
Requirements:
- Experience in client success, hospitality, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
