We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Representative to join our remote customer support team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional assistance to customers through online chat and messaging platforms, ensuring inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via online chat, providing information, troubleshooting issues, and offering real-time support.
- Guide customers in navigating our products and services, addressing questions and concerns with clarity.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Achieve performance goals, such as response time and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company products and policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with computers and chat platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Customer-focused attitude, patience, and empathy.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Adaptability to evolving processes and technology.
