CommonWealth Central Credit Union is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to assist members with their financial needs while working in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and potential members via telephone.
- Perform financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Explain products and services and refer members to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports.
- Update and manage member account information using computer systems.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a credit union or banking environment is a plus.
Compensation
