Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a remote team player who excels in phone-based customer interactions and wants to contribute to a dynamic insurance claims team.
Insurance Filing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate team members
- Use Beyond database to cross-reference and update insurance details
- Engage in high-volume phone interactions to assist with claim filings
- Apply accurate claim codes for insurance processing
- Support team members and supervisors as needed
Bonus Structure 💰
Earn performance-based bonuses twice a month!
- 1st-15th: Up to $205 based on claim processing
- 16th-End of Month: Up to $205 for top-tier results
Requirements
✅ Extensive phone communication skills
✅ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
✅ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook & Word
✅ Detail-oriented & independent worker
✅ Strong data entry accuracy
✅ Punctuality & reliability
Preferred Experience:
📌 1+ years in insurance processing (preferred but not required)
