Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer on the Application Team, you’ll be instrumental in developing and maintaining our web platform. Your focus will be on creating and launching innovative customer-facing features with an emphasis on user experience. Collaboration with our Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams will help you understand customer needs better.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of new product features using React/TypeScript for the frontend and Python for the backend, collaborating closely with product and design teams.
• Translate designs, sketches, and product concepts into functional, reusable UI components that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
• Engage with end-users to gain insights into their needs and build appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Python; Django experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with React.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Proven experience working with end-users to translate their needs into features.
• Hands-on experience in building products from the ground up.

Salary Range:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $150k – $240k, plus meaningful equity.
