About the Role
Glassdoor is seeking a Remote SEO Product Manager for a 12-month contract to join our SEO team within Product Management. In this role, you’ll play a key role in enhancing organic consumer acquisition and engagement metrics, directly impacting the overall user experience and SEO performance. Reporting to the Lead SEO Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with consumer-facing Product teams and act as a cross-functional partner.
What You’ll Do
This role is for an individual contributor with no people management responsibilities.
- Specialize in growth through organic acquisition (no paid acquisition experience necessary).
- Utilize Jira for project management and assist with writing project briefs.
- Develop strategies and lead tactical projects in partnership with the Product teams.
- Identify SEO-driven growth opportunities using data analysis and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement experiments.
- Evaluate experiment results and guide iterative product improvements as necessary.
- Remote work capability with flexibility to manage responsibilities.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth Marketing, or Project Management
- 3+ years of experience in SEO
- Strong attention to detail and experience with project management tools
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Amplitude preferred, GA4, or Tableau)
- Experience with Jira or other project management platforms
- Ability to align SEO needs with engineering requirements
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication abilities to convey insights and strategies

Compensation:
Hourly range: $40.00 – $55.00

Where-to-Work Policy
As a remote-first company, Glassdoor allows employees to live and work remotely anywhere within the United States. Employees can request to relocate, but approval will depend on various legal and tax considerations.
Remote Work Flexibility: Employees can work remotely for up to 30 days per calendar year without permanent relocation or changes to compensation, with manager and People Operations approval. For employees on visas, the limit is 20 days per year.
