Job Summary:
Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is designed to develop future leaders, ensuring our business remains dynamic and forward-thinking. Since its launch, the GMT program has resulted in over 2,300 hires globally, many of whom have made lasting impacts on our company. We are committed to nurturing top talent to help us achieve our mission of creating a future with more celebrations.
We seek individuals who are eager for a multifunctional career and ready to develop new skills across various domains.
What GMTs Can Expect During the First 10 Months:
- Three-month rotations aligned with our strategic pillars, typically in Marketing, Sales, Tech, and Supply/Logistics.
- Involvement in projects that address real business challenges within these functions.
- Participation in the Cheers! Festival (Global Induction), where GMTs will hear directly from senior leaders and network with peers.
- Access to a global GMT alumni database.
- Potential for assignments in different locations across the region (mobility within the zone is required).
- Formal mentorship and exclusive zone Learning & Development curricula.
- Unique exposure to senior leadership.
- Career tracking by the zone’s People Continuity and Talent Management teams.
- Placement in a front-line position after program completion, with openness to an evolving career path.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A completed bachelor’s degree by the program start date (STEM disciplines preferred).
- No more than three years of full-time formal work experience (internships, vacation work, short-term contracts, and co-op experience are excluded).
- Studying towards or completion of a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip), Master’s, or equivalent degree in Business Administration is advantageous.
- Full legal authorization to work in the country where the application is submitted.
- Completion of National Youth Service (for Nigerian citizens).
- Proficiency in English.
- Full mobility is essential; candidates must be open to working and living in various locations as opportunities arise.
