We are representatives for many universities and colleges in Canada. We have expanded our annex to Nigeria, and as a result, Nigerians may now walk into our office and meet our representatives. Job Position:  Customer Care / Sales Officer
Job Location:Â Lagos
Position Details
- Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.
- Cold calling of prospective Client
- Discuss business contracts and cost with clients.
- Build connections on behalf of the company.
- Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
- Keep records of clients interactions, process clients’ account and file documents.
- Identifying new business markets and recording daily customer transactions.
- Handle clients complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Must have flare for sales.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and fin
Qualification
- Candidates should possess an OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree
