Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with instructors to schedule and manage course timelines.
  • Moderate the e-learning platform to ensure smooth operation and user engagement.
  • Manage instructor profiles, availability, and assignments.
  • Facilitate communication between instructors, students, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and update course content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist in onboarding new instructors and providing platform training.
  • Track attendance and participation in virtual training sessions.
  • Resolve technical or administrative issues during virtual sessions.
  • Prepare reports on course performance and participant progress.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for the e-learning team.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence and document preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
  • Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotional activities for courses.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve course delivery and platform usability.
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for training programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of platform data and user information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-learning coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Passion for education and creating engaging online learning experiences.
