We are seeking an experienced Remote Call Center Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of excellence and requires a business development-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in customer service and the ability to effectively screen potential client calls.
Responsibilities
- Screen and Manage Calls: Screen incoming telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate legal team members.
- Operational Excellence: Continuously monitor and update our system with incoming calls.
- Follow-up Tasks: Follow up on missed calls and pending inquiries to ensure seamless communication.
- Documentation: Take accurate notes and maintain detailed records.
- Administrative Support: Write emails, transcribe notes, research legal documents, and create spreadsheets as needed.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles.
- Performance Metrics: Strong understanding of performance-based metrics.
- Software Skills: Experience with case management software is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and motivated with a customer service attitude.
