Job Position: Customer Care Representative
Job Location: Abule-egba, Lagos

Job Description

We are seeking experienced customer service professionals with technical support expertise to fill this role. As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the company for after-sales services, including both sales and technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison between customers and the company for after-sales services.
  • Utilize email communication and customer relations software to manage interactions.
  • Develop and maintain customer loyalty through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Enhance the onboarding process for customer projects.
  • Manage and optimize our customer support channels.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • B.Sc or HND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel, is required.
  • Ability to interact effectively with multinational organizations.
  • Skill in drafting proposals for multinational organizations.
  • Must reside in Lagos.
