Job Summary
Sancoj is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to create and maintain high-quality documentation on advanced technical topics, including software development, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing. This remote role requires excellent writing skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop comprehensive technical content on emerging technologies.
- Create documentation such as white papers, technical guides, blog posts, and knowledge-base articles.
- Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Maintain style guides for consistency across documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Edit and review content for technical accuracy and clarity.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software, cybersecurity, or AI.
- Strong research, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of programming, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Portfolio showcasing technical writing samples.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree in a technical field.
- Experience with API documentation standards and tools.
- Background in software development, cybersecurity, or data science.
- Experience with documentation testing and validation.
