- Monday – Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Training Duration: 3 days
Contract Duration: Temporary contract (4-12 weeks) with potential for permanent placement
Job Role:
We are seeking a Remote Call Center Agent to join our Public Sector team. The successful candidate will handle inbound calls from the public, assisting with booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments via a booking system. This role requires strong communication skills, efficiency, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Deliver accurate information and support to callers
- Work efficiently in a high-paced environment, meeting targets and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written skills with attention to detail
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Proficiency in using multiple computer systems

Salary Package:
£25,396.80 per annum (£12.21 per hour)
