Realiste AI, the world’s first AI-driven real estate platform, is hiring a Customer Relations Specialist to assist international investors. This is a remote client support and consultation role—not a sales position.

Your Responsibilities
- Handling incoming inquiries from investors
- Managing WhatsApp communication and phone calls
- Building trust-based relationships and understanding client needs
- Organizing and conducting Zoom meetings
- Maintaining and updating CRM records
Who You Are
- Native English speaker or C1 proficiency level
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of investment instruments and real estate terminology (required)
- CRM experience preferred
- A quick learner who adapts easily to new tools and processes
