Job Summary
KC Microfinance Bank is offering a graduate trainee program designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development. Trainees will evaluate and authorize loan applications, analyze financial data, assess risk, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- No prior experience required.
- Must be 25 years or younger.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Job Responsibilities
