Position Summary:
As a Small Business Sales Representative, you’ll close sales and resolve issues for both new and existing customers. You’ll take qualified prospects through the selling process—gathering information, identifying needs, and scheduling installation appointments. For customers who cannot purchase over the phone, you’ll schedule an on-site consultation with a local sales representative. Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-level service, including follow-up with quotes and information requests, is essential.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center
- Proven sales skills, including closing and needs analysis
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-call-volume environment
- Basic typing and PC experience
Work Setting:
- Remote
- Day shift with a 5-day work schedule, including Saturdays (one weekday off)
