Treetop Consulting Ltd is hiring enthusiastic and driven recent graduates for our Graduate Trainee program. This opportunity provides hands-on experience, skill development, and a strong foundation for a successful career in a Health Institution (PARTLY HYBRID).
Key Responsibilities:
a. Department Rotation: Gain a well-rounded understanding of the business through structured rotations in departments like Marketing, Operations, Communications, and Customer Relations.
b. Project Support: Assist in daily tasks, projects, and department-led initiatives.
c. Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and present data to enhance decision-making.
d. Skill Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
e. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports and presentations on key findings.
f. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams and stakeholders across departments.
g. Feedback & Improvement: Actively seek feedback to improve performance.
h. Compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Internship experience is a plus).
Skills & Attributes:

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
