NoGigiddy is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while delivering exceptional service. This position is ideal for individuals eager to start a career in account management and customer service. While no college degree is required, excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.
- Account Coordination: Assist in managing client accounts, setting up new accounts, handling renewals, and ensuring accurate information.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve client issues proactively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to meet client needs.
- Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new clients, providing resources and information.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and communicate client feedback to drive service enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is advantageous.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications or coursework in customer service, sales, or account management are beneficial but not required.
