Job Summary
Njoom is looking for a results-driven Remote Sales Executive to handle outbound calls, lead generation, client engagement, and deal negotiation. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients, effectively presenting company products and services.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive lead generation activities.
- Craft personalized, professional email communications to engage prospects and follow up on leads.
- Identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and negotiate terms to successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Work with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
