About the Role
As an Italian Advanced AI Data Trainer, you will play a crucial role in training AI models to read, write, interpret meaning, and engage in human-like conversations. Working remotely, you’ll collaborate with a team of trainers, following protocols designed by leading AI researchers. Your efforts will ensure AI becomes a safe, accurate, and knowledgeable conversational partner.
Responsibilities
Train the AI
- Generate high-quality example conversations in Italian.
- Act as both the User and AI to improve its language understanding.
- Help the AI distinguish facts, context, and behavioral patterns.
Evaluate the AI
- Assess the AI’s accuracy in interpreting and presenting information.
- Ensure outputs align with safety and quality standards.
Test the AI
- Challenge the AI by identifying weaknesses and inducing errors.
- Recommend improvements to training methods.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian (C1 – C2).
- Conversational to advanced English (B1 – C1) for internal meetings.
- Strong writing, reading, and analytical skills.
- Passion for linguistics, AI, and language training.
